Phase III construction at Komarek School District 94 is moving quickly. Almost all of the exterior work is complete; including the brick, insulation, and roofing. In the next couple weeks, the Nicholas & Associates, Inc. team will begin installing the gymnasium equipment and plumbing fixtures before moving onto paint and flooring.
