Jimmy D’s District

This popular restaurant in Arlington Heights, located near Arlington Park Racetrack, required a full renovation to modernize the space. The 5,000 square-foot interior of the original 1938 building was demolished completely, and new furniture, kitchen equipment, flooring, partitions and lighting were incorporated. The exterior building was modernized through the addition of metal panels, sunshades and decorative lighting, and the windows were enlarged, allowing more natural daylighting into the space.
