Located within the 2020 Northwest Highway Complex, ARCON was asked to design a functional building on a triangular site that needed to have three prominent facades. The building also needed to house a large storage area, which was to be disguised by a faux clear glass facade. ARCON used a combination of brick, stone, and Dryvit Panels, as well as aluminum composite panels and glass, to complement the design of the surrounding buildings in the 2020 Northwest Highway Complex. The design also incorporated louvered sun shades, in order to bring a contemporary look to the building.
